1. Black Soybeans – contain proteins and antioxidants.  Also help weight loss by curbing appetite.  Found in the canned foods section of your local grocery store.

  9. Mustard Greens – these spicy greens are rich in vitamin K and are good for your blood and bone strength.  Very tasty in a salad.
  10. Sweet Potoatoes – very high in antioxidants and heart-healthy vitamin A.  They also are rich in vitamin C and help your immune system.  Bake or mash them.
